What Should I Download On My Macbook Pro

I don't think Sierra is my option as my hardware wouldn't allow me to profit from half of Sierra's fun. Do you think I should try to update to El Capitan or Yosemite? (Or even Sierra). Have you any experience with MacBook Pro 2011 and Sierra? I know previous OS are gone and I wonder if it is even possible to find them outside Apple's website.

I just purchased the latest MacBook Pro laptop with the Intel Core i7. I would like to know which version of Firefox to download on it. What is the latest version and how do I find it? I know it is 3.6 but is it 3.6.13? I do not want to mess this up, so I am asking for advice. Is there anyone out there who can help?

I would also like to update my Mac Pro (Late 2013) from macOS Mojave to macOS Big Sur once the official release is available.
